Hi Anon,
Welcome to EmpowHER. Many things can cause dizziness.
Vertigo usually results from a problem with the nerves and the structures of the balance mechanism in your inner ear, which sense movement and changes in your head position. Causes of vertigo may include: Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, Inflammation in the inner ear, Meniere's disease, Migrainous vertigo, Acoustic neuroma
Feeling of faintness: Drop in blood pressure, Inadequate output of blood from the heart
Loss of balance: Inner ear (vestibular) problems, Sensory disorders, Joint and muscle problems, Neurological conditions, Medications
It might be good to be seen by a doctor, to know what can be the cause of your dizziness.
