I'm going on my 3rd year of being on LoEstrin24fe. Recently I missed 2 pills, but NOT in a row. I did however take them as soon as I remembered the next day. I had sex ONE time the day after I missed my pill. So essentially I took one pill in the morning and one in the evening at my normal time on the day I had sex. How worried should I be about pregnancy?
I forgot 1 pill then took two the next day to make up for it. I then missed the NEXT day and then took two the next day. So there was a day in middle of my two missed pills where I didn't forget. Confusing I know...sorry!
I want to add that ever since I started LoEstrin24fe I do not ever have any monthly bleeding unless I had been on an antibiotic that month.

Anon - There's a risk of pregnancy any time a pill is missed, the order of things isn't all that relevant. You will find more information here: https://www.empowher.com/pregnancy/content/missing-birth-control-pills-and-concerned-about-pregnancy-q

In terms of not having periods, that appears to be normal for some women. Here's what the pill manufacturer says on the Loestrin® 24 Fe website:
What if I miss my period?
There may be times when you do not menstruate regularly after you take a cycle of pills. If you miss a period, it is usually not a problem if you have taken your pill every day.
If you have taken your pills regularly and miss a period, continue taking your pills for the next cycle, but be sure to tell your doctor.

Here is the information the manufacturer provides to physicians:
Absence of a withdrawal menses may also occur. In the event of amenorrhea for two cycles or more, pregnancy should be ruled out. In the clinical trial with Loestrin 24 Fe, 31-41% of the women using Loestrin 24 Fe did not have a withdrawal menses in at least one of 6 cycles of use.
