I have had both cramps and lower back pain since having my little girl 3 months ago but they're starting to get worse and to the point I can't stand it. What should I do ???

Guide

Hello Anonymous,
Call your obstetrician. Did you have a vaginal delivery or a cesarean section?

The hormones that loosened your ligaments and joints during pregnancy plus the strained abdominal muscles that have affected your posture contribute to postpartum back pain. Pushing during delivery can lead to pain.

You need to be evaluated by your obstetrician. Since the pelvic cramping and lower back pain is worsening, please do not delay in consulting your physician.
