What would be reasons for having symptoms that include chronic headache, dizziness, fatigue, confusion, and seeing and hearing things that are not there?

Medical history includes substantial/multiple head trauma, accidental scarring of brain, numerous vehicular accidents resulting in various broken bones including neck twice, two spinal menengitis hospitalizations, removal of brain infection twice, removal of sinuses, correction of one eye socket, history of substance abuse. Memory loss and remembering things and events that never took place.

Your medical history may be the cause of your current symptoms. You've had brain damage, drug/alcohol induced impairments and brain infections and multiple serious accidents. All of the above could cause these serious symptoms.

Are you working with a neurologist about these symptoms? If not you need to schedule an appointment as soon as you can. Testing and scans may be needed.
