What's The Meaning Of This?

Hi, I have a kind of issue and concern and I'm not sure what to do exactly. I have stomach issue and the main thing I realized is it's been a long time that I noticed I don't have any growling noises in my stomach. No noise at all. I have many kinds of symptoms and discomfort and I heard if you don't have growling noises it's not a good sign. What does it mean if the stomach has no growling noises anyway? One of my doctor was telling me that because of my symptoms and how I'm feeling means I have undigested food can this issue be because I have no growling noises? Is there something I can do? Please let me know about this soon. I really appreciate it.
Thank You,
Melissa

Hello Melissa6666,

Please refer to the tabs above "Diet & Nutrition."

Your stomach does not need to growl in order to digest food properly.
