Have been told my levels are very low. Can you advise me on anything natural to boost this up at moment feeling very lowly thanks

Serotonin is a neurotransmitter, a type of chemical "messenger" that relays signals from one area of the brain to another. Serotonin is produced in the brain, where is performs its primary function. Interestingly, about 90% of our serotonin reserve is found in the digestive tract and in blood platelets.
Exposure to bright light, such as spending time outdoors on a sunny day or keeping your home brightly lit, can raise serotonin levels without drugs. Bright light is a standard treatment for seasonal depression.
Exercise may raise brain serotonin.
Getting more tryptophan in your diet may boost serotonin. There is some evidence in medical literature that tryptophan increases brain serotonin in humans. Lactalbumin, a minor constituent in milk, is one protein that contains relatively more tryptophan than most proteins, including turkey.
