I have pain from my neck to my shoulders. Tingling in my fingers and toes. I am tired all the time and have no desire to do anything. I have had a hysterectomy and was left with one ovary. I have been diagnosed with clinical depression and am currently on antidepressants. I am 46, weigh 140 and am 5ft 4inches. My pain is awful running through my whole body. What can I do?

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question. Having a Hysterectomy and being diagnose with clinical depression are many changes in a woman's life. But, the fact you still have one ovary left and your are 46, might be the reason your body might be going through Perimenopause. It's best to see your doctor and explain all your symptoms.
