Its just a dull slightly painful ache in my lower abdomen that has bugging me for a couple days. When I try to go to the bathroom it seems to take longer than normal and I feel kind of sick while doing it, Ive also been peeing a lot lately. I have PCOS or whatever so I dont have a regular period, actually I dont have a peirod at all unless I take medication to force bleed and I've been off that medication for almost a year and half. I have a pretty exclusive regular sex life and we dont wear condoms. Im not even sure if I do ovulate with not having a period and all. Either way.. I dont think Im pregnant but maybe its getting painful down in my ovary area because I havent had a period in so long? Im kinda worried.. Please help.

Thank you for your question. Stomach pains can be so many different things that I am unsure we can really assess or help with this answer. The best thing you can do is go see your physician so they can take a good look at everything that is going on.
