i have tried lactose free foods but that dosn't seem to help.

Therefore many things that can cause gas, not simply diary products, although that is one cause. The best way to get rid of gas is to eat very clean, meaning not eating processed foods, breads, fatty foods, animal products, or refined sugars.
Over eating these items and not eating enough fruits and vegetables are the most common cause for gas.
