why does my 13 year old son have off and on chest pain that wakes him from his sleep?

Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. If he suffers from asthma, he must be getting some form of medication but with any sort of chest pain as you suggested, I would certainly consult his treating physician. Please keep us posted.
