For the last year or so I've been suffering with severe pain in my inner thighs, hips. Especially when I'm working. It hurts first thing in the morning. When I stand up my hips lock up and I can't move untill it releases the I can stand completely up straight.and I take my first step I immidiately feel a jolt of pain in the inner thigh. This usually cause me to pee myself cause I can't get to the toliet in time. Then while working I have extreme pain but I fight thru it because I have to work. It's ruining my life. Cause I want to exercise, walk and work but usually find myself sitting most of the day. I have a hard time picking things up off the floor. And can't squat at all. Why's this happening to me ? I'm 32 years old . No kids never broke a bone . I weight 294lb. But otherwise healthy..And I work . Please help
