Guide

Hello Anonymous,

The exact cause of endometriosis is still unknown. However, one theory suggests a faulty immune system, while another suggests a process called retrograde menstruation.

Andrew Weil, MD. recommends:
Eat an anti-inflammatory diet.

Eliminate dairy foods entirely for three weeks.
Eat only hormone-free meat
Avoid soy foods
Avoid alcohol.
Choose organic foods whenever possible

Hope this helps,

Maryann
