Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Vaginal discharge is not always present with a yeast infection.  but if it occurs, the discharge is odorless and typically has a whitish, thick appearance and texture, like cottage cheese other symptoms of yeast infection are:burning,soreness,pain during intercourse and/or urination.

 Also, women newly infected with chlamydia tend not to have symptoms, Chlamydia often goes undetected and untreated, the disease can progress in a stealthy way to wreck extensive destruction of the fallopian tubes and lead to infertility.
