I suffer from sleep apnea, COPD, MG, degenerative disc disease and other arthritis, hypothyroidism, CFS, FM, Sjorgrens syndrome, Raynauds, RLS, plantar fascitis, chronic headaches, chronic major depression (clinical not situational, or seasonal). I have had many viral infections such as Epstien Barr and CMV. I just wondered if any of these could be interreated or causative of each other. I do have poor dental health, due to a lack of resources to afford dental care. I know that can be a source of infections. My Vit. D level is very low. I also have a kidney problem that causes a chronic anemia and bleeding disorder. I use Aranesp injections to keep the anemia under control. My cholesterol is high (both HDL and LDL) as well as my triglycerides are elevated. I also have fatty liver and GERD, with heliobacter coli. I know it sounds like I am falling apart, and I am. I get pneumonia a couple of times a year and sometimes more, despite the vaccine. I usually get the flu, also despite the vaccine. I can't think of anything else at this point in time, but there may be other more minor problems. If anyone can give me some insight I would greatly appreciate it. I am looking for ways to manage these problems without so much medications, which also make me feel lousy.

It is very challenging and sometimes quite overwhelming. I have been very depressed fro many many reasons, just dealing with all of this, but no financial resources doesn't help. I cannot pursue many medical interventions because of money issues. I am watching my diet and am on many, many medications (which is one big reason there is no money for anything else) and I am in the donut hole. I try to walk as much as I can, but my legs are weak and my feet hurt from the diabetic neuropathy. I do try to remember to do the Tai Chi Chih DVD exercises my sister sent to me last Christmas. Headaches and neck pain are aggrevated by spending time on the computer trying to learn all I can about all my problems and get prayer and support. Thank you Maryann for your comments and support. They are greatly appreciated. I cannot get any of my doctors to say what is related to what, except my neurologist says the statins are increasing the pain and weakness of the fibromyalgia and myasthenia gravis. No one seems to be able to coordinate everything. They claim ignorance of the problems they are not treating. Even my PCP doesn't do too much in managing everything. I know it is difficult, but I do wish I could get some answers.
