IBS as everyone knows is not an easy thing to deal with. I have had it for 3 years and being constipated and in the loo for ages as well a bloating, cramping, tiredness etc.
Anyways cutting the long story short, after some time, i was introduced to aloe vera by my sisters friend and i used it becuase i had tried everything i thought what's the harm in trying aloe vera. i had no expectation or hopes from it but to my surprise i started having regular bowel movement and all the symptoms faded away.
There isnt a cure for IBS but this is the best thing i have had to relieve all IBS symtom and its natural. I drink 50ml in the morning and last thing at night.
The taste of gel is bitter but if you cant take it neat, it can be mixed with drink of your choice.
For diarrhea, i would start at 10ml and gradually increasing the dose by 10ml every week before you start taking 50ml. Your symtoms may become worse before it gets better as the gel cleanses the symtom.
There are many benefits of aloe ver

Thank you for sharing this information. IBS is extremely challenging and I will share this with my friends in family in case someone need to consider an alternative option to what they are currently doing.
