Love is not worry. And worry is not love.
Often times, love is equated to worry. It is a conditioning of the mind, whether through culture, religion or environment which can teach people that the more they love someone, the more they worry about them. Love, is not worry. Love is love. And worry is worry. They are completely different feelings and vibrations!
Envision someone you know who loves you. Feel what their love feels like. And see their face looking at you with love in their eyes and heart. And now picture someone’s face looking at you with worrying energy. Do they look the same? Do they feel the same?
Next time you learn that someone you love is going through something difficult whether it is physically, emotionally, or mentally, send them loving energy. They will respond and heal so much more effectively having that energy come their way, rather than the energy of worry. The energy of your worry can actually add unnecessary burden and worry within the person, putting their body into a “stressful” state, therefore prolonging their recovery. And while you’re at it, do the same for yourself. Send yourself some loving energy rather than worry and see how you feel. Inviting that feeling into your body will help attract the support you need with ease, and keep you in a more present, relaxed and fulfilled state.

so true! I'd much prefer someone sending me loving energy over worrying energy. Love is reassuring and feels stabilizing worry is mental energy and feels unsettling.
Thank you!!!

Hello Anu Abraham,
The energy expended on worrying is wasted energy. It doesn't prevent something from happening. It doesn't make a bad thing go away. This is what I tell myself every time I start worrying about something that I cannot prevent or change.
