Using all natural vitamins and heart health supplements, reduced my number (on prescription medication) from 217, to 140. My doctor took me off the prescription, and my number is 160!!! I am thrilled!!!

Additional ways to lower LDL or "bad" cholesterol are regular physical activity, avoiding saturated fat, eating more fiber and fish, such as salmon which is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, at least twice a week.
