Day 17, 64% Waning Gibbous
Mood: Contentment – Staying In the Present Moment
In the last couple of days I’ve begun to notice a buildup of stress in my body. With an unending list of to-dos, juggling work and study, I find myself rushing through my days like a mad woman – yet still falling behind.
It’s time to reevaluate and employ a different strategy: Gonna to try to slice my days up and allocate specific blocks of time to each of my main activities. It’s time to take a more disciplined, well-rounded and balanced approach.
Energy: Moderate. Plan to take a break every half an hour. Stretch, walk around, or do some jumping up and down.
Sleep: Exhausted last night. Slept well. Lots of interesting dreams, but I couldn’t make any sense of them.
Stress: Some amount of stress is healthy. It shows that I’m stretching my boundaries and growing. But it’s important to watch it so that it doesn’t make me tense and hard.
Self-Esteem: How can I love myself more? I think managing stress better is an important way of taking care of myself and loving myself.
How do you feel today? Pause for a moment, connect with your feelings, care for yourselves, and record your journey.
