Day 20, 31% Waning Crescent
Mood: Love – Feeling Compassionate For Myself
This morning I received an email notification from my Mood, Symptom & Lifestyle Tracker. It “gently” reminded me that my period was expected to arrive in 10 days.
And I know it. My body’s begun to feel a little fatigued, my mind a little cloudy, and my mood a little low. Like the waning crescent moon, I feel like transitioning into the dark and darker new moon.
So at lunchtime, I decided to give myself a treat. I went to get a foot massage in the neighborhood. It was yummy! And I felt much lighter, and softer.
Exercise: Need some aerobic exercise to jumpstart my stagnated energy. Gonna take Rachel’s World Dance Beat Cardio at 6pm.
Self-esteem: A little compassion goes a long way. Sometimes we forget to give it to ourselves. If we don’t love ourselves, how can we love others?
How do you feel today? Pause for a moment, connect with your feelings, care for yourselves, and record your journey.

Cycle Harmony’s Mood Scale is based on Dr. David Hawkins' "Map of Consciousness." Each mood category is assigned a numerical score from the lowest 1 (shame) to the highest 16 (peace). Moods with a score of 9-16 support life, and moods with a scale of 1-8 deplete life.
Our Mood Scale is designed to help you understand your emotional patterns and make a conscious decision to feel more positive emotions by bringing awareness to how you feel.
