Day 28, 5% Waxing Crescent
Thought for Today: Have you ever paid attention to how babies breathe? They breathe from their bellies. I learned from my Qi Gong master that belly breathing is a symbol of youth and one of the keys to vitality and longevity.
Mood: Curiosity – Marvel of Life
This morning when I had my Qi Gong practice to welcome the day, I focused on deep belly breathing. With each inhale my belly expands, and with each exhale my belly empties out.
I felt the life in me, and the pulse of earth. It was quite marvelous!
Energy: My energy is pretty good. Interesting that this month I have not yet experienced the usual premenstrual fatigue.
Exercise: Zumba day! Can’t wait!
Sleep: Didn’t sleep well. Lots of mental activities. Perhaps it’s not a good idea to study right before going to bed.
Self-love: Breathing my way to happiness. Cheers, my friends! Wishing you a marvelous day!
