In September 2008, I began to feel severe abdominal and pelvic pain. The pain lasts all day, everyday. I've had several several tests done over the time, and everything seemed to come back normal except some stomach errosion, ulcers, too much liquid around the ovaries, ovarian cysts, and kidney cysts. My pain has become very disabling for me, and I'm now in a wheel chair. Anytime I would stand up, the pain seemed to worsen. My body reacts to pain by tremoring. Just here recently, a septum blockage was found in my hymen, so a surgery was done. When they removed it, a blood clot was found behind it so it too was removed. They also did botox to the pelvic muscles and an epidural treatment for five days. I was diagnosed with endomitriosis, chronic abdominal and pelvic pain, and interstitial cystitis as well. The pelvic pain improved after the blockage was removed, and the epidural treatment worked for half of my body for two weeks. I'm being told that I should have my uteris and ovaries removed, but I need second opinions. They believe the endomitriosis is spreading, causing the abdominal pain, but we're unsure. I see a gastroenerologist, pain specialist, nuerologist, and gynecologist. Besides what has been found, nothing else for me can be explained. Anything that seems to go wrong, and is tested always comes back normal. Does anyone else experience close to this?
