EmpowHER Guest Dr found 1 inch mass in right kidney. I am 70 and female. Stage 3 kidney failure. Long hx. Of high blood pressure. Lost sight in L. Eye due to blood getting in eye and could not escape. Should I try to further what the kidney mass is?

EmpowHER Guest I took acetaminophen regulary for my migraine headaches while I was pregnant. My son was born with Wilms tumors in both kidneys. Could the acetaminophen played a part in my son having kidney cancer?
