EmpowHER Guest I have a bulge from my spine affecting my sciatica nerve I’ve been going to a osteopath for treatment the last4months now with no effect I’m on a lot of pain killers and that’s not helping to much either, I’m at a loss to know what to do, can someone help

EmpowHER Guest I have a pain in the back of my leg that hurts when I walk but if I walk hunched over it doesn't hurt what can I do about it or what is it

EmpowHER Guest I was suffering from herniated doctor advised me to admit for physiotherapy later it was ok with yoga now the pain has become sever l guess it is scitica pain scene it has reach from back to leg
