How Clean Is Your Skin?

When I was younger, I spent much more time putting on make-up than removing it. But as I grow older, I appreciate the look of fresh, glowing skin and I realize that the best thing that I can do to achieve a face like that is to take care of it.

Now, I feel that cleaning your skin is as important as applying your make-up.
I am dedicated to my morning and evening skin routines.

I love face products. And as much as I enjoy trying out new make-up products, I am equally as excited about skin products.

My bathroom has no shortage of moisturizers, serums, cleansers, products to exfoliate, and an endless supply of samples of new products begging for me to try and buy in the full size.

I have my favorites. Every woman has products or brands that she is loyal to. There are things that I love because of the way they smell or the way they make my skin feel. Things that I would miss if I had to live without them. A favorite cleanser, night moisturizer, or eye cream that I use twice a day religiously.

These are all the things that I depend on to keep a healthy glow on my face. But recently, I have found another item that makes me anxious to wash my face every evening.

I first considered buying a sonic skin cleanser based on my aesthetician’s recommendation. My main concern was minor breakouts and the desire to keep my skin looking as young as I could naturally.

“This product will change your skin!” she told me.

So that sparked my interest. I longed for information about this product from someone other than the people that sell them or work in the industry.

I couldn’t find much other than testimonials from customers on the product’s website. There was no doubt that they were a good cleaning system but was it worth the price?

So after some research, I broke down and bought the sonic skin cleaner. With several models and even a few different companies that make them, there were several to choose from.

I made my choice and have been using it for nearly a week. I use it only at nighttime and my skin has never felt cleaner.

The gentle massaging vibration glides over the surface of your skin foaming up the cleanser in a circular motion. It feels great and after the minute massage is up. My face feels fresh, clean and ready to soak up a moisturizer.

I actually can’t wait to wash my face at night and I feel like my skin is clearer already. I have been using it less than a week and can already tell a difference.

It is an investment. With the initial system costing $119 - $225, and the replacement heads at $25 a piece, I did wonder if it would be worth the money. So far, I like what it does and how it makes me look.
