Cardio

I would go to cycling, aerobics, spin classes, anything
that kept my heart rate pumped for an hour. It's also great to take
classes at a local gym because the presence of all those women working
hard motivated me to keep going as well. I would also go on daily
walks with my daughter, it's a great way to stay active and at the
same time include your kids.
