Exercise Your Right to Sleep

When deciding whether a catnap or twenty minute walk will give you a boost, choose the catnap when you can. Sleep deprivation has been linked to weight gain. When you don't have the chance to sneak in a few missed "z's", take a brisk 20 minute walk. This will stimulate your cardiovascular system and burn a few calories.
