I was perusing information about blood pressure and how to reduce high blood pressure, or how to maintain the healthy blood pressure we have.
Aside from medication (that can cause complications in itself) there are easy ways to maintain blood pressure like walking, medication, healthy foods and even having a pet!
Here are lots of ways to keep your B.P. on track:

I hope it helps!

i was fortunate to be a part of a herbal clinical trial here in Canada a couple of years ago... i qualified because i tend to have high blood pressure... anyway... after much paperwork and taking my blood pressure readings at a naturopathic clinic (the doctors there were monitoring us during the trial) they asked me to take an organic 10-herb liquid extract for 2 months... taking 15 drops 3 times a day under the tongue... i did this as instructed for the two months and after being monitored again 3 times, we found it helped lower my blood pressure by 24 points... i was quite surprised as i hadn't done anything differently with my lifestyle or diet... just did exactly as they told me... i was very pleased with the results and thrilled that it as a natural herbal remedy as well... so, herbs can help if taken regularly... it was very cool.. i still take it as a preventative and to keep my circulatory system clear and strong.... blessings, weaver (((o)))
