Ulcerative Colitis

I have been on remicade for almost 2 years. Was doing wonderful on it and now I started bleeding again and living very uncomfortable everyday. I've heard of AloeElite (a pill) and a drink called Aloe Vera King that supposedly helps. I am very desperate to feel better. Does anyone have any meds or foods that they take to feel better? Thanks!
