Trying to conceive

By September 19, 2011 - 8:00am

My husband and I are trying to conceive now for about 3 months now. I have irregular periods and I'm not sure when I ovulate. I get so disapointed when I test and it's negative cause I feel it's my fault. Are there any tips or what I should try and make it a better change to conceive?

When you ovulate, some women feel some lower back pain on one side. I feel a slight cramping in my lower back, and sometimes in my front near my ovaries. You should also take your temperature (I think there's a Basal Body Temperature Thermometer you can buy at CVS, Walgreens or Wal-Mart). When you ovulate, your temperature is at its highest. You can also buy ovulation kits that will tell you when you're ovulating.

I have read that if you check your cervical position you can tell when your ovulating. Google has been my best friend lately..lol
