This is a wonderful, wonderful post! Thank you for taking this attitude and thank you for doing your best to see that we can all share it.

So much of the time around the holidays, what's easiest to do is just blow off the eating and fitness program altogether. With fudge and cookies around every corner, December is a minefield.
