Funny thing is, laughter has similar benefits to sex, such as its effect on stress and sleep.

“A good laugh can be compared to a mild workout, as it exercises the muscles, gets the blood flowing,” according to the Huffington Post.

The article also says that a chuckle can boost both memory and mental performance.

Perhaps, getting him to laugh during sex could double the benefits. Just joking ...
