I have osteopenia, and have not taken my medication like I was advised to (unfortunately, I was only 16 when I was diagnosed). Now it's been 3 years, and I have a referall to get my scan done. I just wonder what the chances are that it turned into osteoporosis, since my weight has decreased even more, and since I did not take the medication when I was younger.
