We know that breakfast is important and provides energy to start the day. However, what you eat is as important as eating at all. What are the worst breakfast foods? Quality Health says:
I happen to love the occasional steak and egg breakfast, especially after a very long training run on a Saturday or a Sunday race. I also love French toast or a Belgian waffle to get those carbs back into my system in a hurry. We often provide bagels to our participants after a training run.
All the same, we're not making any of these foods a daily habit. So, unless you're burning 1200 calories in your activity, it's probably not a really good idea to consume 1200 calories in one sitting.
