Wintertime Dry Skin: Do you have a favorite product or strategy to prevent it?

I am so tired of my wintertime dry skin!

Do you have a favorite product, or regimen, that you use to prevent dry skin? I have sensitive skin, so try to only use dermatologist-approved, no testing on animals, fragrance-free products. I have tried Aquafor, but it is so greasy!
