The NYT posted an article this week regarding the FDA approving two new sweeteners (marketed as Truvia and PureVia), both from rebiana, a Stevia extract.
Both Coca-Cola and Pepsi will begin selling products using these sweeteners in their low-calorie or no-calorie drinks.
Are you more willing to purchase a product that uses its sweeteners from a Stevia-extract? Do you think Stevia is here to stay (much like the then-new Splenda was marketed as a "healthier sweetener")?
