I am so frustrated. I have been doing pretty well with my weight loss and exercise, but the last three weeks I have hit a plateau and cannot seem to get off of it. I have stuck with my program but the needle isn't moving. It makes me want to eat! I mean, not really in the long run but it's so discouraging in the short run to work hard and not see results.
Does anyone have good advice for how to get off this plateau and start moving the needle again? It doesn't have to be much, I just want to feel like I'm going in the right direction again.
