A recent article in Life Extension magazine remind me why I take CoQ10 on a regular basis. According to the article, a new study published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology shows that CoQ10 levels are independent predictors of survival in chronic heart failure patients. CoQ10 depletion in the body was associated with worse outcomes among those patients.
