I never wear flat heels - will I pay a price for that?

Hi!

I don't wear shoes indoors at all but when I'm out I only wear heels - usually about 4 inch heels. I'm home more than I'm out but I'm wondering if wearing high heels can cause foot problems if you only walk in them for a couple of hours every day? I know wearing them all day might causes problems but a couple of hours a day?
