I recently visited my GP because of the following problems:
- Periods that are coming more frequently than 28 days, are heavy and last >7 days
- Gained 10lbs in a month
- Fatigue
The doctor drew blood and told me the results were all within normal range. When I reviewed the results, I noticed my progesterone level is <0.2, which is listed within the normal range for post-menopausal women, but I'm only 38 and have not had a hysterectomy, etc. My LH level is 3.9 and my FSH is 5.3. I'm not interested in having anymore children, so should I be concerned about my progesterone level?
