I have upped my cardio routine to 45 minutes to one hour a day, at least four days per week. I can feel it and like the difference, but I need more and more inspiration, because my intense dislike for exercise needs to be overcome - and no better way to do it that to rock out (metaphorically) to some really good tunes. I work out faster, harder, and the time seems to go fly as well. Time flying when you're not having fun is a blessing.
The results to exercise - at least for me - can't be denied. So everyday I internally grumble about it and by mid-morning I'm thrilled to have another workout under my belt. It's a love-hate relationship that I hope lasts a lifetime!
I was checking for songs that can really help people to workout and songs that motivate a person to just two..three...four more minutes of exercise. The following twenty songs are complied from various lists that people swear helps them work out better. They are from various genres and include (some think) cheesy stereotypical types (Eye of the Tiger, anyone?) to some slower tempo hip hop soul a la Mary J Blige. People claim these songs motivate them to do anything from lift weights, to spin classes to a slow jog to a fast elliptical workout.

Welcome to the Jungle - Guns N Roses
Mama Said Knock You Out - LL Cool J
Stronger - Kanye West
