What would an area the size of a dime that is raised beside my nipple be?

I have had this area for a little over a month. It sometimes feels itchy. The first day I noticed it, it seemed irritated. I had a little clear fluid coming from it. Just not sure. But there also is a little "poofiness" just below this area. ??? No pain.
