I get between 7-8 hours of sleep every night, but i feel like my body is on auto pilot like i can control it only when i feel that i need to. it exausts me to walk up the stairs and i get shortness of breath i've been diagnosed with PTSD and i have panck attacks but i've been more light headed lately. does a diabetes attack feel the same as a panick attack? I have symptoms like extreem fatigue, weakness, lack of consentration, rapid heart beat, chest pains, headaches, frequent urination, unexplained weight loss, irritability, muscle pain, and my periods have went from 7 days to 3 days in the last year, cold all the time, and excessive thirst.
eitherway i have an appointment in a couple of weeks but i'd liek to know if anyone thinks it could be sirious, and i'm stressin about it now and i dont think thats helping. I donno what to do anymore i feel like it's a challenge to accomplish everyday things that used to be easy. I feel exausted all the time now and it acctually gives me a headache when i try to consentrate on things, like now.
