I have been diagnosed with chlamydia but I'm not sexually active. I feel I have a severe yeast infection. Can one get a false positive for chlamydia when actually yeast?

I have had a hydrogen breath test and found that the sugar in my small intestines passes too quickly and goes into the colon. I also have been found to have Ulcerative Colitis (very mild). Now I'm getting these infections, usually, after consuming too much sugar. I was tested for chlamydia and was found to be positive but have not been sexually active for three years and this is the second time I've been give a diagnosis for Chlamydia. Is a false positive possible?
