Here is a shocking and heartbreaking story.

A baby was born 14 weeks premature in Canada. A province-wide search for a neonatal intensive care unit bed came up empty.
The partents made the tough decision to send their baby to Buffalo where care was available... even though they couldn't cross the border themselves because they lacked passports.
Government health care means rationed healthcare. Is this what we want for the US too? Where will our premature babies go when we start rationing healthcare?
My heart breaks for this family. They are in a touch position but at least their baby has a chance at life.
Their government just doesn't care enough.
So much for a better system up north.
