About 5 and half years ago i had a bilateral partial salpingectomy my last period was 07/05/2009 we are now in september and still no period i had light spotting for a couple of days ago 2 weeks ago and that was it i've been having some early prego symtoms my question is, is it still possible for me to be pregnant or is it just wishful thinking=)
