I've suffered with chronic pelvic pain for nearly eight years. I've been told I'm probably dealing with two pain issues, one being vulva or 'vestibule pain, and perhaps a nerve entrapment. Have been to many doctors over the past eight years; gynecologists (3), physical therapist, neurologist, acupuncturist, chiropratcor, and others . It is really painful to sit. Many medications tried (neurontin 3600 mg., lyrica 600 mg, cymbalta 120 mg. daily, valium, etc, etc, etc. Have also taken 3 guided pudendal nerve injections with no relief. My pain level on a scale of 1 to 10 is a 9.
Have been asked to make an appointment with Dr. Andrew Goldstein for diagnosis. Has anyone been to him?
