Two weeks ago i started wearing eyeglasses, i am nearsighted, my left is 175 and my right is 125. i am a 43 yr old woman. i have to take off my eyeglasses if im going to read newspaper, my friends are telling me that i should be wearing a double lense.. i dont understand this.
