My diagnosis of Fibro

I was diagnosed with Fibro 2 yrs ago and am really confused with all the literature that is out there regarding this issue. Is Fibro, CFS, and Me all one in the same?..My Dr. diagnosed me with Fibro but I have alot of the CFS symptoms also.
