Im a 30 Year old who has had the same fibrous lumps since 17. Some times they hurt, but the size rarely changes & normaly the pain always goes away. My breast has been achy for two weeks, today there is a larger lump that hurts beside my normal lump.

Since my breasts have been hurting I've been trying to locate the reason. Last week all my lumps were a little tender but not any larger. Today I checked & there is a lump beside one of my regular ones and its rather large compared to my regular ones.Especially since it was not there at all last week & its very sore. I usually wait on any pain assoiciated with the regular ones & the pain always goes away within the month. Since this one has grown out of nowhere so quickly & is very painful I'm at odds with waiting like normal or rushing to the doctor. I don't know any other women that have fibrous lumps so I don't know if new lumps just appear overnight or take a long time.
