Lately, I've sat at my computer more than usual (3 hrs. at a time) and I've developed low back pain for which I've been wearing a support wrap... but now I'm having stomach discomfort, I think from wearing the wrap. I just ordered BackJoy which is a small thingy you sit on... it costs a fortune, so I hope it works. Has anyone tried it? My hubby insists my main problem is lack of exercise, and he's probably right... but I haven't felt up to doing much of anything physical.
